Your Next-Day Video Postcards arrive within 24–48 hours. Your complete wedding film collection is delivered within 16 weeks, with the time and care each film deserves.
Delivery
About a month before the wedding, I’ll send a questionnaire to learn the details that matter most. On the day, you can be present with your people while we document it as it unfolds.
Prep & Celebration
After our call, I’ll prepare a proposal based on your plans. Your date is reserved once the contract is signed and the 50% retainer is paid.

Every collection is built around a story-driven film, two-filmmaker wedding-day coverage, and the moments you’ll want to revisit in full. Choose the coverage that fits your celebration, then make it your own with additional films or Super 8.
The INvestment
Destination Wedding collections start At $8,500
DFW Wedding collections start At $5,600
Signature Storytelling Films are approximately 5–7 minutes in Package One and 6–8 minutes in Packages Two and Three. Other films vary with the moment they preserve; social teasers are about 30 seconds, and wedding trailers about one minute.

Your films are delivered in 4K through a private online gallery. My films use a cinematic widescreen format.
Next-Day Video Postcards arrive within 24–48 hours. Your complete film collection is delivered within 16 weeks of your wedding date.
What is the delivery time?
Music is chosen as part of the creative direction of each film. I select licensed tracks that support its pace and emotion, so I’m unable to take requests for specific songs.
How do you choose music?
How much is the deposit?
A 50% non-refundable retainer and signed contract reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding; payment plans are available for that final balance.
For weddings outside Dallas–Fort Worth, travel and lodging are quoted based on the location and coverage needed. Any applicable costs are outlined in your proposal before you book.
How much is travel/hotel/rental car?
Do you have a second Filmmaker?
Yes. Every wedding collection includes two-filmmaker coverage on the wedding day, giving us more room to capture different perspectives as events unfold.
DO YOU USE ASSOCIATE SHOOTERS?
Depending on scheduling, your wedding may be led by me or a filmmaker on the Jade Films team. Each is selected for their work and approach, and your film is created to the same Jade Films standard.
